How do I take it?
Take 4 capsules daily. We recommend splitting the dose with 2 capsules in the morning and 2 before lunch or before exercise. Take with water

In most cases, yes. Our Fat Metaboliser pairs well with multivitamins or performance supplements. If you're taking prescribed medication, check with your GP before starting. Do not consume more than 800mg of EGCG per day
Does it contain any allergens?
Our Fat Metaboliser doesn't contain any allergens as ingredients. However, it is produced in a facility that also handles fish, nuts, celery and soy. Trace amounts may be present. If you have severe allergies, please consult your doctor before use
Is it suitable for vegans or vegetarians?
Yes, our Fat Metaboliser is completely suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. It uses plant-based HPMC capsules and contains no animal-derived ingredients
Why is the green tea extract decaffeinated?
Because caffeine is not the active compound we are interested in. EGCG, the compound that supports fat oxidation, exists independantly of caffeine in the green tea plant. We removed the caffeine and kept the EGCG. Most fat burners do the opposite because caffeine produces an immediate sensation that makes customers feel like the product is working. We are not interested in that shortcut
