UK Shipping

Standard UK delivery is free and sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

You can upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £2.50.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched at the next available Royal Mail collection time from our local delivery office.

Orders placed after the final daily collection time will be dispatched at the next available collection.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch.

These are delivery aims, not guaranteed delivery times. Delivery aims may not apply to some postcodes and can be affected by Royal Mail service performance.

Important Information

• Delivery times are calculated from dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.
• Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions or service disruptions.
• Once an order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery is subject to Royal Mail’s terms and delivery network.

All UK orders are sent using a tracked service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
