Timeless NAD+ Support with NR, Spermidine and Resveratrol

NAD+ is one of the most critical molecules in your body. It powers your cells, activates your DNA repair systems, regulates your metabolism and drives the longevity pathways that keep you feeling sharp, energetic and resilient.

NR is the most direct and well-evidenced way to raise NAD+ levels in the body. It belongs to the vitamin B3 family and is found naturally in milk. Once consumed, it enters your cells directly through nucleoside transporters and is converted to NAD+ through the NRK pathway. This is a clean, efficient route that doesn't require conversion through intermediate steps.

We chose NR deliberately, with 300 mg of Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride in every daily serving. In a randomised, placebo controlled human study, 300 mg of NIAGEN nicotinamide riboside chloride daily increased whole blood NAD+ by an average of 51% from baseline after two weeks. This gives us a research basis for our choice of ingredient and dose. Conze et al., 2019.

Our choice centres on a researched NR dose, combined with wheat germ extract providing 3 mg spermidine and 100 mg liposomal trans resveratrol. Three carefully selected ingredients. One considered daily ritual.

We use Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride, which is the most studied, most bioavailable and only UK-authorised form of NR.

Resveratrol is one of the most studied longevity compounds in the world. But most people misunderstand what it actually does — and most supplements fail to deliver it in a form your body can use.

Resveratrol doesn't raise NAD+ levels on its own. What it does is activate sirtuins — a family of protective proteins that regulate cellular health, DNA maintenance, inflammation control and metabolic function. Think of sirtuins as your body's internal maintenance crew. Resveratrol wakes them up and puts them to work.

Here's the critical part that most people miss: sirtuins run on NAD+. Without sufficient NAD+, resveratrol can activate sirtuins all it wants — but those
sirtuins have no fuel to do their job. This is why taking resveratrol without restoring NAD+ first is like pressing an accelerator with an empty tank.

By restoring NAD+ with NR first, and then amplifying sirtuin activity with resveratrol, you're creating a system where both ingredients make each other more effective. This synergy is the entire rationale behind the Timeless formula.

We also use trans-resveratrol specifically — the stable, biologically active isomer used in research — not the cheaper cis form found in many supplements. And we
deliver it in liposomal format using sunflower lecithin, wrapping the resveratrol in a lipid layer that protects it through digestion and dramatically improves absorption. Standard resveratrol is notoriously poorly absorbed. Liposomal delivery changes that.

Restoring NAD+ and activating longevity pathways addresses energy and protection. But there's a third problem that neither NR nor resveratrol directly solves, the accumulation of cellular damage that builds up over decades.

Think of your cells like a kitchen. NR restocks the energy supply. Resveratrol activates the chef. But if nobody has cleaned the kitchen in years (damaged equipment piling up, old ingredients cluttering every surface) even the best chef with a full pantry can't cook efficiently.

Spermidine triggers autophagy. Autophagy is your body's built-in cellular clean-up system. It is the process by which damaged proteins, dysfunctional organelles and worn-out cellular components are identified, broken down and recycled. It's not a wellness trend. It's a core survival mechanism that every cell in your body depends on.

The problem is that autophagy declines with age. As it slows, cellular debris accumulates. Damaged mitochondria that would normally be cleared and replaced start to pile up, making energy production less efficient. Misfolded proteins that should be recycled begin to aggregate. This chronic accumulation contributes to

foods, but in quantities too small to have a meaningful effect from diet alone. We use a standardised spermidine-rich wheat germ extract with 1%
